Abstract

This comprehensive study was conducted to examine the transformative potential of integrating psychotherapeutic interventions into diabetes care systems, with a particular emphasis on enhancing self-management capabilities. The present research demonstrates that a combined approach, simultaneously addressing psychological barriers and improving patient health literacy, results in significant improvements in therapeutic adherence, glycemic control parameters, and health-related quality of life metrics.
