Abstract
Background and Objectives: The main advantage of our recently design plate for measuring the antifungal therapy includes its feasibility, simplicity, time consuming and ruler is unnecessary for reading the results.
Materials and Methods: At first we designed wells with mm depth and 42 mm diameter according to CLSI data’s for antibiotics and microorganisms reactions, of 2-10 wells models plate. Antifungal materials entered in the center of these wells that were filled with medium no-growth. Report is non-growth halo on bottom these plates after incubation.
Results: Reported based on the small scaling ruler that is designed in the base of the well. Non-growth hallows was detected in different of densities of Fluconazole by 9 and 15 mm in sizes, but other wells containing Ciprofloxacin and Gentamicin did not appeared any non-growth hallow.
Conclusion: This new plate could decrease the probably of errors, contaminations and interference. Meanwhile it is time consumption feasibility.
