Abstract
Tuberculosis presents with protean faces in renal transplantation. Recipients In majority of cases it is extra pulmonary and have nonspecific symptoms that confabulate the un experienced clinicians, on the other hand treatment of tuberculosis has it difficulties and antituberculosis regiment affect the cyclosporine blood level and predispose the allograft to rejection episodes. Here we report two cases of post transplantation tuberculosis. First Ptients presented with sever back pain and walking disabilities shortly after renal transplantation and furture imaging study disclosed lumboar vertebral destruction and second patient presented with fever and paraaortic lymphadenopathy in both patients mycobacterial tuberculosis involvement confirmed histologically.
